Reflection

The instructional leader and administrator play an important role in the development of instructional practices and curriculum at the elementary and secondary school levels. However, while curricula are defined at the state or district level, administrators have the responsibility of ensuring their schools comply with the curriculum standards established by their respective states or jurisdictions. The administrator works with faculty members to design effective instructional practices that are consistent with the school's vision and mission statements.

Through my coursework, I have learned that being aware of instructional strategies and effective teaching techniques in the classroom is critical to ensuring student success and success in the classroom.
