Reflection

The instructional leader and administrator play an important role in the development of instructional practices and curricula at the elementary and secondary levels. While the curriculum may be imposed at the state or district level, it is the administrator's responsibility to ensure that his or her school adheres to the requirements established by the state. The administrator works with faculty members to design effective instructional practices that are consistent with the school's vision and mission statements.

Through my coursework, I have learned that being aware of instructional tactics and effective teaching techniques in the classroom is critical to ensuring student success and success in the classroom.
